Experience tells me that when someone makes a positive change in their lives, those changes don’t stop with that person. Their positive energy, love, laughter, smiles and encouragement spread to those around them, meaning the positive changes that come from these trainings can be really far reaching. And that’s something that makes what I do really worthwhile.
My trainings are about giving people skills they can use again and again, and the ability to adapt them to a variety of situations, which means they can take charge of their own destiny and create success in the way that is most meaningful to them.
I’ve always been interested in the mind, behaviour and people and I love sharing what I know to empower people and help them make positive changes in their lives. Whether it’s helping someone overcome a problem, or coaching someone towards personal and career success, I love seeing people grow, learn and overcome obstacles that have been in their way.
A proud Kiwi, (that’s a New Zealander for those who don’t know the lingo), I was born and raised in Christchurch, New Zealand. I began working with people to help facilitate positive change in 2011, soon after a devastating earthquake hit my city, killing over 180 people.
In 2018, I began a new chapter of my life, moving to the other side of the world and making the United Kingdom my home. Living just north of Oxford, the move gave me the opportunity to begin a new project, so sharing what I know with people around the world became my key focus.
